"News from my Temple" is intended to be a cauldron rather than a linear blog, a cauldron of many ingredients and flavours where I gather what flows to me or through me in terms of spiritual insights, so it may be shared widely and nourish those who wish to take a spoon full. The messages come both from my Inner as well as my Outer Temple, they may discuss a rather mundane topic or offer extraordinarily outlandish propositions. Feel feel to drop by for a taster, only take what resonates with you and leave the rest. For I wish to honour that you stand in your truth just as I stand in mine and together we can appreciate each others landscapes free of judgment over right or wrong.

I have just come back from a magical gathering of lightworkers, healers, teachers and shamans from around the globe in Scottsdale, Arizona, where we welcomed and celebrated the ending of the old and the beginning of a new energy era. As we did so, we connected with many other groups around the world and across the dimensions and sent our joy, our love and our light through the golden Web of Light.

Earth and all her children are undergoing a fundamental energetic transformation that has been building for about 18 years and is now at its peak during the sacred days and nights between December 12 and December 21 in the year 2012. During this peak Gaia is aligning with the Cosmic Heart of our Universe and giving birth to a new earth and a new humanity. After the completion of this cosmic moment the planetary transformation will continue for another 18 years and once we emerge from it we will find that much has changed for mankind and all of earth. 

I fully trust that this change will and already is returning the joy, beauty, grace and magic to our lives that is our birth right. I trust that balance, harmony and mutual appreciation and respect is being restored ...between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, between humans and fellow children of earth like animals, plants and minerals, and on many other levels. I trust the drama of life in duality is dissipating and experiences of fear, pain and sorrow will be released from our memories, as individuals and communities. 

Each of you carries the Divine Light in your heart and has an important and precious role to play in this transformation. We're all here because our souls chose to bring us here to this extraordinary cosmic party. So long we had forgotten and we wondered what the human drama was all about. Finally we're ready to remember, we're ready to listen to our soul's sweet whispers, to follow our inner guidance and to shine our light. 

I suspect that like me you may find yourselves in strange and curious, maybe even challenging situations during the special time. Please know that you're experiencing the breaking down of old structures....they have become too rigid and don't work anymore, so they have been replaced by new energies that are fluid, malleable and responsive to your every thought. You just need to know what what it is that you wish to create and take responsibility for your creations. As you begin to play with the new energies you will find that magic and miracles are at your fingertips. No more need to ponder over the past or worry about the future. The task is to create the present moment, and the next ...and the next...and the next.... as you take one step after the other on this new journey.

The best point from which to create your new path is from one of joy, love and appreciation ...for yourself and all that you are as the human and as the soul, including the light and including the shadows. No judgment, only appreciation and acknowledgement. Breathe deeply, consciously call to yourself uplifting visions from your life that fill you with joy, excitement and beauty in your life (they could be visions of your favourite spot in nature, your pet, your lover, child, a beautiful celebration etc). Allow the visions to vibrate through your body, your energy field and your heart until you feel like laughing out loud... and then choose what you wish to create. Set the target of your heart's desire ...and leave the details to the new energies. You may be surprised what the Cosmos delivers to you! 

To assist in this magical process of creation and prepare yourselves for the year that lies ahead, I have recorded a meditation journey with the assistance of my star family from Orion. You are free to choose the appropriate time to listen to it. You may find it especially beneficial on December 21, the Day of the Solstice, as it represents the completion of these extraordinary nine cosmic days and nights. Before you begin to listening, please write down 3 things that you wish to create on your journey ahead. It's good to use simple words and be very very clear about what you want and what you wish for yourself, free of desire of manipulating anybody else, that's very important.

The following image is from an encounter with Grandmother Spider a few years ago during a pilgrimage to Chalice Well in Glastonbury. I sat in the evening sun on a bench by the hives in the back of garden. At some stage in my communication with Spirit I felt a nudge to look behind me and right there, only a breath away from me, she sat in the centre of her creation working her magic with the rays of gold and silver... 

She weaves, she spins

I have been undergoing a period of transformation and adjustment since my last article for Spectrum. Each time I thought about what I may be able to write, there was silence. So after some natural human huffing and puffing, I decided to accept and step even deeper into trust while tending to my many commitments and choices as they come and go and unfold, with as much joy as I could muster. More and more I notice that being immersed in this flow is becoming the flow-er and the flower - a delicious morsel of spiritual wisdom from the shamanic tradition of the Path of Pollen that I just about am beginning to grasp. More and more I notice how prompts from Spirit ...

When I recently recorded a journey-meditation in celebration of the June solstice, something was brought to my attention that had been lingering on the fringes of my awareness for a while already. It was the presence of a Dark Sun. I felt a powerful flow of information and energy coming from there and it took me a few days to digest.

As I stood today, like every day, at noon raising my hands to the sun, thanking and honouring her for blessing me and all of earth with another day of light, warmth and life, I felt the familiar surge of love and sweetness that is the response from the sun spirit. I always include a prayer in my daily ritual ... today my words were dedicated to my concern about imbalances and disharmony in many parts of the world and that peace, harmony and balance may be restored. I sent my love and light to London and the Olympics and to all those who have traveled to be here in London and all those who are joining from afar. I sent the light from my heart through my body seeing it enter the earth and being taking in by the earth currents under my feet, I felt the earth respond and directing my offering to where it is needed. At this point a mighty surge of love welled up within me and brought tears to my eyes. The elemental realm came forward and said could I please sit down and write as they wished to convey the following message in honour of the Olympics:

Blessed human brothers and sisters, this a message from the elemental realm that inhabits this magical world alongside you.....

The Master of the Rose says,


Today humans all around the world celebrate the loved ones in their lives. It is a power-full reason to celebrate, for indeed it is a celebration of yourself.


Dear Ones, those around you reflect the love you hold within you for yourself. The ease and the joy you experience in the presence of the companion you resonate with allow you to flex and expand a most sacred and powerful tool – the heart.


It is no mistake that you witness a plethora of heart-shaped objects on display all around you. Coloured in all shades of red and pink they carry the vibration of the Divine Feminine. The colours and the shape speak to you in a subtle language and remind you of the sacredness, the beauty and truth that is held within the heart.


As you are being reminded the heart expands, as it expands it becomes more power-full. A power-full heart will enable you to see more clearly the path ahead, for the heart will guide you to a place of more joy and love in all aspects of your life, not just in your closest relationships. In this process understand the great gift that is bestowed upon you by those around you, by energizing this great power tool in your chest.


If you wish to honour your beloved with a token that represents your appreciation for this gift, make sure it is given free of expectations, so it may unfold its magic inline with the highest good for the one who receives and the one who gives.


You may also simply sit in silence for a moment, close your eyes and bring your hands up to rest over your heart. Become aware of its warming glow and the rhythmic beat that sends blood and nutrients round your body. Bring into your awareness the beauty, the smile, the kindness and the deeds that have drawn your companion to you. You may remember and visualize a joyful moment you shared together. Expand that feeling that come with visions and fill your whole presence with their vibration until your heart hums and sings. Then when you're ready place your intention to send this hum of joy as golden light to the one you wish to honour on this day or indeed any other day you feel called to do so. Make sure you do this truly from your heart, without allowing the mind to negotiate expectations and conditions. Simply offer the gift and allow the heart to transmit the energy. Observe what happens. You may feel a sense of peace deep within you, a knowing to an answer that you were asking or simply gratitude for being in this moment.


Use the heart, Dear Ones, allow the heart to become the power tool it was always meant to be. The heart is able to shift mountains and transcend boundaries created by the mind. Trust it may be so. Your heart will read these words and know what to do. Today and always.
